Picorp, Inc. Baltimore is a full scale, Intermodal Repair Facility offering repair services for all types of equipment. Our 20,000 square foot shop is equipped with modern, efficient repair tools and equipment capable of performing everything from complete refurbishment to general maintenance. Our well trained mechanic staff is recruited for their knowledge of and experience in up-to-date repair methodology.

Other services include flatbed axle modifications and re-decking. Car carrier repairs, maintenance and modifications. Onsite or mobile FHWA[h/l] inspections and repairs. And general steel and aluminum repairs and fabrication.

Complete and through inspections are offered for all customers according to their guidelines and criteria. We are certified in IICL (Institute of International Container Lessors), AAR (American Association of Railroads), FHWA (Federal Highway Administration) and CSC (Container Safety Committee) criteria and repairs. Any of these programs can be utilized to fulfill your needs or we can customize a program using your standards. The results are then presented in a work order form, which guide our repair and quality assurance process to completion. Post repair inspections and periodic audits are welcomed in order to ensure 100% compliance with industry standards.

Structural and mechanical repair services are offered on a wide range of equipment from Dry and Refrigerated Shipping Containers, Chassis, ISO (
International Standards Organization) Tank Containers to Dry and Refrigerated Road Trailers. Our price competitive Repair Schedule (MAHs) is suitable for most applications but, we gladly review proprietary schedules as well.

Picorp, Inc. Baltimore also specializes in complete refurbishment of owner equipment using the most environmentally acceptable methods. Full exterior and interior sandblasting services are available to SAE (Society of American Engineers) [h/l] specifications. Equipment is then coated to your material and finish standards using high volume, airless sprayers. All fleet equipment takes its share of wear and tear.
