Picorp, Inc. Baltimore offers over 50 acres of level, well maintained container, chassis, and semi trailer storage areas. All surfaces are either asphalt or aggregate covered and are suitable for multipurpose use. Depending on your requirements, Picorp can create a storage program to suit your needs. We currently operate three separate facilities, each one dedicated to either a grounded or wheeled operation.
Units are always segregated by size and availability as well as any unique customer requirement(s) that aid in the equipment control process. Picorp invests heavily in state of the art handling methods and machinery. In partnership with manufacturers, we develop and use some of the most efficient handling equipment available today. Picorp was the first container terminal in Baltimore to implement 4-high stacking and the ONLY Baltimore terminal to work with 6-high stacking. Our current fleet of over 12 specialized lift and jockey trucks provide our customers with reliable service by boasting over a 97% up-time ratio.
Loaded import and export containers are held in our secure, main yard, which is well lit and guarded, until ready for delivery or transshipment. Full (24hr) monitoring and fueling is also offered for refrigerated equipment. ISO tank handling with structural inspections and repairs is also offered. Our efficient handling methods and customer service has made us the number one choice for tank operators in the region.
